The board of directors oversees the agency's strategic direction.  Its members represent leaders in Minnesota's social work, business, government and philanthropic communities.

The staff of AAAA works tirelessly to recruit, train and support qualified adoptive and foster parents.  AAAA staff also relies on a dedicated team of parent volunteers, without which the agencies efforts would be impossible.

Minnesota Viking's quarterback Daunte Culpepper serves as AAAA's celebrity spokesperson.  As an adoptee, Culpepper knows the power of a permanent, loving family. He is an essential advocate for the agency's mission.
